I would like to recognize my nurse for the exceptional care she provided during my recent visit. From the moment she came into my room, she went above and beyond in every way. She asked thoughtful questions, listened closely to my concerns, and made sure I felt heard, understood, and genuinely cared for.

She didn't just treat the issue I came in for-she helped me uncover something incredibly important about my health. I hadn't taken ibuprofen in over 12 years because I believed I was allergic. She took the time to listen, double-check information, and work with me to figure out that I'm actually not allergic. That single moment opened up a medication option I haven't been able to use in over a decade, and it meant so much that she took the time to help me with something outside the original reason for my visit.

Throughout my entire stay, she was consistently present, kind, patient, and helpful. She explained things clearly, checked on me often, and made me feel safe and supported. Her compassion and dedication truly stood out.
