I am writing this commendation for a nurse named Jenni. I consider myself a high-maintenance patient. All the times she was my nurse, she worked above her duties. She would come in frequently and wonder if I needed anything, and she would always listen and meet my needs. I noticed her care with another patient near me.

At times, she would sit and ask about my personal experience, etc. I noticed that she would often help other employees. All other employees seemed to interact well with her. I would often spill things or not understand orders, and she would help me. She never seemed to get upset at my repeated mistakes. She would ask me about my wife and occupation.
