I had a serious health issue, and Kristen was kind and understanding, and she literally talked me through this as I cried like a baby. She asked me if I needed a hug, and I silently shook my head yes. She held me as I cried until I got it out. I don't think she will ever understand the warmth and kindness I felt at that moment. Whether I was her patient or not, she faithfully came and checked on me every day to make sure I was ok as well, and her friend, whose name I unfortunately cannot remember. These two ladies, as well as many others on the floor, made me feel comfortable. I knew I was in the right place. Lankenau Hospital and the staff have been highly recommended by me for years and will continue tobe for years to come. Thank you to everyone, and may God bless you all.
