Our charge nurse, Lisa, was absolutely amazing during the strike days. The floor had travel nurses, and they were not familiar with the surroundings, but Lisa was there for them and helped them in all possible ways. The pressure was different, but Lisa kept calm throughout and made those days possible. She is a very kind, humble, helpful, and compassionate soul. Med-Tele is lucky to have her.
