Our nurse Jaimie was truly extraordinary. She was kind, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. She was always making sure we felt comfortable and informed. She had a quiet, almost stealthy way of taking vitals without disrupting my rest, which showed how thoughtful she was.

Her bedside manner was exceptional, and her warm, amazing personality made a stressful time feel much easier. She truly embodied the hospital's mission by being fully engaged and proudly serving me as her patient, consistently demonstrating the ICARE values of integrity, accountability, respect, and excellence.

She took the time to clearly explain treatments and procedures, making sure my questions were answered, so I felt informed and confident in my care. Jaime demonstrated strong clinical skills and anticipated my needs in responding quickly. She is an excellent nurse, and I greatly appreciate her.
