I want to highlight Lizzie in the ER for the incredible care she gave my best friend’s father after his arrest. She explained everything with patience, treated my family with deep compassion, and made them feel safe during an unimaginable moment.

She connected with them on a deep level with empathy that went far beyond her job description. They left the ER saying they were so thankful for her. She truly made a difference when they needed it most. I want to thank her for the way her heart consistently radiates kindness through everything she does.
