‌Tony Bueno – nurse and human being extraordinaire! Tony has an exceptionally gifted combination of deep knowledge, medical skills, compassion, and a calm, steady presence. Tony was our touchstone and our point of continuity and reassurance. He offered advocacy as needed, encouragement mixed with reality, and a knack for anticipating needs. His calm, gentle, seamless caring was so very welcome and reassuring.

His deliberate, steady attentiveness, advocacy, and efforts to explain things to us, as well as encourage us, made a very challenging situation feel manageable. Tony is an extremely gifted nurse and an exceptional human being. He made a huge difference for my husband, as well as for me, throughout the most difficult time of our lives.
