Mona entered the room, identifying herself. She assessed my spouse and made sure he was comfortable. She went above and beyond explaining each step, then explained positive outcomes, for example, catheter care, getting out of bed to move around, and drainage tubes. She is an extraordinary Nurse and I could tell that she loves her job. She definitely needs to be cloned, and our world would be a much better place if everyone had a Mona in their corner if they should need medical care.
