Tanya is truly one of a kind. I'm so glad she decided to go into nursing and that she is working here at Methodist Children's, because we've been blessed to have met her.
During our son Chris's hospital stay, we have had the pleasure of meeting our wonderful, sweet, caring, and loving nurse, Tanya. From the day we met her, she has been so nice and the absolute best! Her kindness is unmatched. She has made our son and us, as parents, feel so cared for and understood. Once we saw that she was our nurse, our whole day was made. We love her!
Tanya has been so good at explaining things to us about our son. She was so patient with him, and she always made sure that he was happy, even through the moments when he wasn't having a good day. Tanya would always check up on him when she was working and even when she was off. She has also kept him and us in her prayers.
There was a time when he was having a seizure, and Dad ran out of the room asking for help, and the only nurses that he saw were Tanya and one other nurse. They were both clocked out but still stayed with him until other nurses came to help us. After that day, Tanya would remind Dad to press the call button instead of running out.
Tanya is truly one of a kind. I'm so glad she decided to go into nursing and that she is working here at Methodist Children's, because we've been blessed to have met her. We will always remember Tanya, and we will definitely miss her!
Tanya, thank you for all that you have done for our son, Dad, and me. You will always hold a special place in our hearts. Our son sends you lots of hugs and kisses. May God bless you always!
