I would like to shout out to Mary-Ann, the wonderful Charge nurse in the ER. She is always, always available to answer questions, assist with hard IV starts, and is just fabulous to work with. Our ER is the best, with her being the leader down there. Having a coworker in another department as dependable as her is a huge relief when coming on to shift. I can't say enough about how much I appreciate her. She deserves all the awards!

Mary Ann Varner from ER is an absolute gem! She is a wonderful resource to all, regardless of department, and is always ready to answer questions and help out in any way she can. She is not only an asset to the ER but to the whole hospital. On nights when we had no house supervisor, she would always step up to help us here in ACU. I have learned many things from her. She is the absolute best. She deserves every award.
