We were at St. Vincent's for 9 days. We had many great nurses, but Ashley was by far the best. My husband had experienced a large burn accident. The major changes were very intimidating. Ashley always made us feel seen and heard. We felt that she truly cared for us, not just the patient (my husband), but me too. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and understood everything about our plan of action for care.

She helped ensure Samuel was improving physically and that we both were doing well mentally. Experiencing a burn and the healing process is a lot to handle. She always went above and beyond what was expected of her without even being asked. I hope you realize how blessed you are to have her working for you as a nurse.
