They went above and beyond in everything they did, including the simulation lab. At the hospital, they had parties for children restricted to their rooms; they went and visited every child that did not have a parent with them and made sure they felt cared for; and they helped each other without question or complaint. They also helped the nurses with changing beds and sitting with parentless children.

They exemplified what a nurse, especially a pediatric nurse, should be. I cannot say enough about how special this group was. In the simulation lab, they showed our sim coordinator some of their charms with the mannequin, making this a meaningful simulation lab and not just an exercise. This group truly deserves recognition!!
