Bailey is one of the exceptional nurses you have on staff here at WakeMed. I was in isolation with COVID, and she made it a priority to bend over backwards to meet my needs as much and as long as she could. She always tried to spend a couple of extra minutes with me. She also never complained about having to talk loudly, since I am hearing-impaired. She treated me at all times with respect and dignity. She has extraordinary dedication to a very demanding profession, and she pulls it off with grace and kindness.
