This is my 3rd round of IVF. It has been a challenging and difficult journey. Although Fran is a head nurse and super busy, she always makes me feel like I am important and has exhibited incredible compassion and knowledge during the process.

Fran is the best nurse I have dealt with in any of my three IVF clinics. There is much more to say. However, I just wanted to make sure that she receives the great recognition that she deserves. She is a star among her colleagues.
