While going about her normal duties, Lisa noticed that a fellow employee was not acting like themselves. Lisa's keen instincts as a nurse told her something was not right. Without hesitation, Lisa approached the employee to assess their condition. She quickly recognized that this individual needed help and assisted this person to the Emergency Department for evaluation.

Because of Lisa's quick thinking and intervention, the employee received life-saving medical care. Lisa's professionalism, clinical excellence, and unwavering dedication to the well-being of not just patients but also her peers are nothing short of heroic.
