Maddox is an exceptional nurse! He is one of the most caring, authentic people I've ever met in a medical setting. While being in the NICU for your child is beyond scary, he has made every moment a bright spot. He has brightened our day in so many ways, and we thank him for being the support we needed during this time.

Whether he is cheering you and your child on for the milestones they met, helping you navigate your baby's care, explaining all the details and steps as many times as needed, answering so many questions, or just talking like you were old friends has made the biggest difference, and I will always remember

Maddox is definitely the friendliest and the most fun nurse in NICU. He was very attentive when we came to visit and did everything he could to make us all feel comfortable. He was the only nurse who offered to get us water. Maddox has the best attitude about his work, and you can tell he cares very deeply about the babies and their families.

He answered all of our questions and was very compassionate with us. Unfortunately, we only had the opportunity to see him once, but he left an everlasting impression. I wish we had had the opportunity to see him again.
