Our 96-year-old father was transported to Aultman Orrville by ambulance, frail and very ill. Danya delivered kind and compassionate care from start to finish. Her communication with Dad and family was excellent. She made sure Dad was clean and comfortable before transport to the 2nd floor.

Upon arrival at Dad's room, it wasn't set up to receive Dad, so Danya got it ready without complaint, respecting the nurses on the floor. Danya's friendly demeanor, smile, knowledge, and communication put us all at ease. I wanted to make sure she knows she makes a difference in people’s lives during difficult times.
