Katie is our EP team leader and demonstrates outstanding leadership and teamwork qualities that not only inspire me to become more knowledgeable in cardiac EP to be able to teach as well as her, but also allow me to genuinely enjoy my job and our team community that she has worked to make a healthy relationship with each other.

I like to come to work and appreciate each of my team members and the collaboration and support we give to one another, and I contribute that to having a leader who truly cares for each one of us and wants us to do our jobs well.

Katie takes the time and effort to make sure everyone in the procedure room is familiar with each other and understands their roles. She is helpful to everyone, whether it’s a vendor, CRNA, or cardiologist! She treats everyone equally and is very responsive to any questions or concerns.
