Iris always provides compassionate, empathetic care to me when I see her in the clinic for medical checkups and blood pressure screenings. Recently, I was at the clinic for an appointment, and she noticed I also needed a BP checkup that was not scheduled. She took the time to get it done as soon as possible, which made me very satisfied.

Iris has also, for many years, consistently responded to my patient requests and messages and always ensures my appointments, meetings, and meds are on time and scheduled appropriately. There have been many times when she has had to troubleshoot these tasks because of delays or missed appointments, and she always gets right back to me and keeps the doctor in the loop with my patient care.

As a registered nurse myself and medical group executive leader, I know how important patient satisfaction and timely communication are to power me to maintain my quality of life. The amazing thing is that I realized I have been coming to this CBOC for over 20 years, and Iris has been the glue for me in many situations to take care of me and my needs. I give her a 10/10 rating.  I understand the importance of recognizing Iris for her hard work.
