Brooklyn was likely the most competent, caring, approachable, and detailed nurse I have encountered in more than a decade of extended hospital stays in central Illinois. She and her team of other staff were kind and attentive to all my needs. I felt comfort and genuine care from her at my side. I had an ortho surgery, and Brooklyn cared for me for two shifts during my stay on her unit. She was so reliable to help me while I was in bed and with bathroom issues. Her detailed care and comforting gestures were meaningful in my immediate recovery. The one-on-one real nursing care by Brooklyn will always stand out to me.
