Serina is one of the most caring and compassionate nurses on my team. I’m a new nurse, and she has been so welcoming and willing to teach me since day 1. I admire the way she speaks to every one of her patients. She never lets the chaos of her day come through in her tone or the way she treats the people in her care. I just want to recognize her for being an exceptional team player and caregiver. She is an encouragement to her patients and me.

Serina goes above and beyond, taking excellent care of her patients. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and very thorough in giving discharge instructions. She makes sure that her patient is comfortable, listening and answering patient questions about how their surgery went, and making them feel safe.
