Don, ICU RN, went above and beyond during a stressful situation and a critical time. Don truly stepped up to the plate and then some to care for our loved one. He not only provided excellent care but also took the time to explain everything and answered all our questions and concerns.

Don offered reassurance, compassion, patience, and genuine empathy that never went unnoticed. He made us feel heard and noticed. What was a very stressful, difficult situation became one of trust and care.

We are grateful for the care provided, and Don truly embodies what it means to be an exceptional nurse. Since we were from out of town (very far from here) and feeling vulnerable, Don reassured us that our loved one was in the right facility and on the right path to recovery.
