I’m forever grateful. I felt loved, heard, seen, and cared for while losing my mom.
Anne went above and beyond to make sure my mom (and I) were comfortable in her last days with us. My brother passed away in 2018, and as unfortunate luck would have it, my mom was placed in the same room where we said goodbye to him just two years prior. I mentioned it to Anne, and without hesitation, she went into action (on her day off) to call the charge nurse and have my mom moved to another room, just to prevent my intubated mom from panicking if she woke up in that room.

My mom never woke up, and I lost her — but I lost her without having to wonder if she knew she was in the room that had haunted her for so long, or feel guilt for not advocating for her peace. I didn’t have to, because I knew Anne’s heart was huge and empathetic, and she wouldn’t make me ask; she knew what she would want if she were in my shoes. I’m forever grateful. I felt loved, heard, seen, and cared for while losing my mom.

All of 3 Tower was incredible to my mom and me.
