Nerida was very informative and helpful in getting us ready for surgery. She made my dad feel comfortable and relaxed. His English is limited, and he was very nervous. She spoke to him and explained everything thoroughly. She had excellent bedside manners, and we had great conversations with her, which helped divert my dad's mind. He was so scared, and she made him laugh and diverted his mind. She was extremely passionate, professional, and hard-working to provide the best care possible. I look forward to seeing her again for his next surgery.
