From the day I joined the Resource Team, it has felt like family. The support of the leadership team has always been great, but you never truly recognize the gift you have until trying times show up.

As I think back over 2025, I am so grateful for so many Blessings, including my work family! Your support as leaders during the passing of my daughter's father and sister, just four weeks apart meant so much to my family and I. Being able to support my daughter during the most challenging times of her life certainly gave her the strength to push through her final semester of college. With nights and days full of tears, lots of prayer, and the completion of a 102-page undergrad thesis, she "Finished well." This past Friday, we had the privilege of watching her receive her B.S. in Bioinformatics.

Words alone cannot encompass my gratitude for the kindness and support you showed; it made a difficult season easier to navigate. Your compassion and understanding mean more than I can fully express. Thank you for creating a space where compassion leads.
