Shannon was able to help identify the real problem. She's been the number one support since the day she came in sick, tends to her even when she’s not on call, and is always available to us when needed. always making sure that everything she needs to meet her medical needs. She treats her like she were her own daughter. She got very ill and entered the hospital did not want to leave until we knew exactly what was going to happen. She wouldn’t be where it is health-wise if it weren’t for this nurse and for having a heart of gold.
