Crystal is great at looking out for her team. She recently led us through a clinic move. We had to quickly move our clinic due to a flood, and Crystal was so organized and calm throughout the entire move. The move was stressful for a lot of our staff, but she always made sure our needs were met. She would consult with us and was very open and receptive to our feedback. Looking back, I don't think we could've asked for a stronger, kinder leader to get us through this difficult time.

 Crystal is open to listening and working with her team. She is always available if needed, either in person or by phone. She takes time to round on the clinic floor and make sure her team has what they need in order to provide safe patient care. She is very professional, and it shows in the way she interacts with her staff and clients. An overall great leader for our clinic.

 I have felt heard by Crystal, whether it be through meetings, or just a chat... she listens to you. It's so important to feel heard as an NP as we are always trying to think of ways to improve our care, move our profession forward, and be the best we can be. I feel like Crystal really supports our staff in their ideas and finds ways to accommodate our specific interests and needs as nurse practitioners.
