It is so hard to put into words how much our clinic adores Natalia and everything she does for our patients. You can see her frequently running around the clinic in search of providers, advocating for patients' needs — always with a smile and an empathy unmatched. She has stepped up daily to assist us with our access issues for patient appointments, always relaying how much she loves working directly with patients. She's become such an integral part of our day-to-day function — from on-the-fly wound care to vasovagal reactions to baby and blood pressure checks, and now helping our Family Medicine OB team by training in lactation education for our new moms. Any time our MAs are busy, she'll jump into someone's room and is one of the most reliable members of our team to support you in whatever you need. She knows our most in-need patients by name and is always willing to give them a check-in call. She makes a point of stopping by to chat with everyone around the clinic about their day, their gardens, their weekends, or their families. She is the perfect fit for our small, fun-loving clinic, and we are so lucky to have her!
