She did not simply fulfill her duties; she went beyond them. She noticed what others might have missed, she acted decisively, and she followed through tirelessly.
A short while ago, I was diagnosed with a mitral valve defect in my heart. The condition had already progressed to cause severe symptoms. It was during this critical period that nurse Jumanah Al Nasser became the reason I am still here today.

Through her sharp observation and unwavering commitment, she recognized the seriousness of my case. She escalated her concerns to the doctors and urged them to give my condition attention. Her intuition proved absolutely correct. Subsequent tests revealed not only the mitral valve problem but also that my heart had already entered the heart failure stage.

Without her attentiveness and insistence, my life would have been in grave danger. I can say with certainty: Jumanah saved my life. Beyond her clinical vigilance, Jumanah went far above the expectations of a nurse. Following my diagnosis and surgery, she took full initiative to coordinate my complex care seamlessly. She arranged and synchronized appointments between my heart failure specialist, the cardiac surgeon, and the anticoagulation clinic, ensuring no gaps or delays.

Thanks to her meticulous planning, my recovery progressed remarkably quickly, and my health improved in a short period of time. Jumanah has consistently demonstrated qualities that define excellence in nursing: foresight, dedication, advocacy, and compassion. She did not simply fulfill her duties; she went beyond them. She noticed what others might have missed, she acted decisively, and she followed through tirelessly.

Jumanah Al Nasser truly embodies what it means to save lives and touch hearts. I will remain forever indebted to her.
