Carla is very caring; she listens to you, shows real concern, and compassion. She opened the “window room” so we could split into groups and watch TV while sports were on. She is very polite and helpful. As soon as I told her I was hurting, she got my medicine. She laughs with us to help put us at ease. She makes sure we are as comfortable as possible.
