A few of Bonnie's recent achievements include developing a strong Unit Practice Council that has resulted in many employee-led projects, improving efficiency in the Mother Baby Unit, leading her team's effort to achieve the Gold Designation for Newborn Safe Sleep Practices at MFSH, and implementing a Human Donor Milk Program to support parents who prefer to feed their newborn only human milk.
