We needed help with a visitation issue and had issues with the nurses’ station and front desk check, in which neither department was successful in helping. Nurse Tiffanie saw the struggle and frustration and immediately stepped in to help. Tiffanie was more than willing to help with a big smile on their face. She promised to get things right by the following morning because it was already the end of the day. So, the following morning, she contacted me and had done everything they had promised even faster than I had expected. Not only did she do this, but she also checked in on my father, the patient, and continued to show concern, offering to help in any way possible. Again, doing everything without attitude, maintaining a cheerful manner, and keeping a big smile on their face. Tiffanie was excellent in every way. She made our visit super great.

Tiffanie went above and beyond their duties and was a pleasure to meet. The hospital can use many more like her. We highly recommend our nurse; she is happy in her profession, and it truly shows. Tiffanie really treated us like family, not just as patients and family. We felt like we were home away from home with her, so I asked them for a form to fill out because Tiffanie was just amazing in every way, and we wanted you guys to know just how happy we were with her. I would also like my nurse to receive a special "Thank you!" from us personally. To Tiffanie, "Keep up the good work, and I pray you get recognized as someone very special who really goes above and beyond in their duties for this company. We will be forever thankful to you.
