I would like to nominate my coworker, Jodie Brummet. Jodie is a phenomenal leader, and she truly goes above and beyond to help out our department with whatever it may be.

I truly appreciate and value Jodie not only as a leader, but as a mentor in my career in the OR. She is always willing to come in during organ donation cases to help out, regardless of what time the case may go, and she really goes above and beyond to provide the donor and the donor family with the utmost compassion.

I have been in countless organ donation cases with Jodie, and she always makes sure that the donor has a hand to hold if the family is unable to attend during the dying process. Through her display of compassion and care she truly displays a true nursing spirit.
