She was extremely responsive to me, and quite frankly, she may have saved my life.
I have been a nurse for 24 years, and I recently had a hysterectomy. There were some post-op complications, and Megan went above and beyond! She was extremely responsive to me, and quite frankly, she may have saved my life. She got way more than she planned for on that shift! She spent more than half her shift with me in my room, and the next day, she was bright and early, checking on me. We spent a good amount of time together that day, and I also required 2 units of blood. She was called off-campus that day because she is a float nurse. She called back to the unit just to check on me! She is genuine, caring, and everything a nurse needs to be. I was just making sure her skills were sharp, and they were! Thank you, Megan, for being an amazing person and an amazing nurse. Nurses do make the worst patients, and you did an amazing job of keeping me physically well while also caring for me mentally. It was very emotional for me, and I am so happy that you were there to care for me during one of my most vulnerable times. I appreciate all you do.
