I would like to thank all of my baby's NICU nurses, especially nurse Emily V. My baby was born with PPHN, and those first days were the scariest of my life. I didn't know what to expect, and every minute felt heavy with worry. But the NICU team became our strength. Every nurse cared for my baby with patience, love, and professionalism. They explained everything, comforted me when I cried, and treated my baby with such gentle hands. Nurse Emily V. made an especially meaningful difference. She always took the time to reassure me, to explain every detail, and to make sure I knew my baby was safe. She was amazing at feeding my baby - patient, gentle, and always encouraging. Seeing how calm and skilled she was helped me feel so much more at ease. She celebrated every tiny improvement with us and supported me through the hardest moments. Her kindness and compassion brought me so much peace when I needed it most. Thank you to all the NICU nurses for giving my baby the best care and for giving me hope during such a difficult time.
