Kristina has demonstrated what it means to be a Saint Joseph Health System colleague. Kristina works closely with those patients who are facing a myriad of medical conditions. Some are life-altering or threatening.

She cares deeply about how they receive care and that they receive care locally. Kristina has jumped into the full scope of infusions at both Plymouth and Mishawaka in an attempt to pick up and support the residents of Marshall County. This has included training of colleagues in preparation to be Chemo certified, as well as orienting new colleagues to deliver outstanding care.

She is fiscally minded and a fantastic problem solver. Her willingness to say yes and support is greatly appreciated. The number of lives she has touched through this work is truly remarkable.
