Jennifer has a calm and compassionate demeanor that inspires trust and is always receptive to requests for support. She is not only very approachable, but she also listens to truly understand and partner through solutions. She has the ability to put people at ease in a way that surfaces real and vulnerable conversations to move beyond perceived obstacles. Jennifer has also built effective communication strategies to include routine updates, newsletters, and communities of practice, modeling an environment of mutual respect.
Lastly, Jennifer always brings her delightful sense of humor into everything that she does, supporting resiliency, bonding, and compassion for humanity, which is an essential ingredient for our Regional Leaders to model. I am excited to nominate Jennifer as a leader who genuinely inspires me and promotes excellence in all that we are working to accomplish.
