My dad had been sick for years, but he got really sick after his stroke in June. He declined very fast. He passed away in the ICU. It was the hardest day of my life. Lanna was amazing from day one. She was so kind and compassionate with me and my family.

I’ve been in healthcare for 15 years and never met a nurse as good as Lana. She answered my questions and never rushed out of the room. When my dad passed, she made sure we took our time and told us no rush. Right after he passed, she went and bought Starbucks for my brother and me. It was a very sweet and kind gesture that meant more to us than she knows.

She actually cared. She is an incredible nurse, and I’m so thankful to have had her in such a terrible time. God put her there to help us grieve that day. For a day so heartbreaking, she shared her heart with us and made it a comforting time.
