I had to go to the ER due to severe, excruciating back pain, which I would come to find out is a herniated disk. Immediately, Natasha was comforting and did not make me feel bad or embarrassed about peeing so much that the catheter suction machine didn’t catch it all, and I had to be cleaned up. She was on top of everything.

When my husband and I were speaking to her about my prior medical history, including a very recent fertility procedure, she opened up and shared that she and her husband had used our same doctor, and briefly shared about their fertility journey, and encouraged us to keep hope through the process. That meant so much to us, as we experienced a miscarriage earlier this year and have had no luck naturally conceiving since, so now we are going through a second round of IUI.

Natasha was comforting and encouraging. She helped my fear subside because I was terrified about what was happening with my back. She went above and beyond and works so hard.
