Ms. Jessica was our primary nurse, and we couldn’t be more thankful for her. Ms. Jessica took excellent care of our son.  She was professional, knowledgeable, so caring and she loved our sweet boy. She was a huge support for my husband and me during this difficult time.

NICU life is relentless. Ms. Jessica guided us through the most difficult time of our lives. She was one of the three that I trusted to leave my baby with. Ms. Jessica even helped me lead a round table meeting when I expressed to her that I didn’t feel heard regarding our son'scare. As his primary, she stayed on top of his care while helping and nurturing an emotional momma.

Ms. Jessica continues to go above and beyond. We were released in July, and I’ve had trouble finding the words to describe this exceptional woman. I could seriously write a book on her kindness and RN abilities. Ms. Jessica even picked up extra days so she could be with us during surgeries.
