Yvonette was the star. She went out of her way to meet the typical nursing needs, but she truly cared! It was clear that she was very busy with several patients, but she would frequently stop by, knock, and just stick her head in the room to ask if there was anything that I needed. If so, she immediately took action. She spent time genuinely answering questions from my wife and daughter - at least those that she could - and she honestly shared if/when she couldn't answer.

I can provide many specific examples of her care. This is one of several: It was determined that I required a cardioversion. Yvonette carefully explained the process leading up to the procedure, gave me three updates on where they were in the schedule, and helped me to prepare before the technicians arrived. When she did have the chance to chat, she was transparent and shared about her life in a meaningful and appropriate way. She was just great. So, in summary, I/we thank you for a wonderful experience, outstanding care, and your amazing staff - especially Yvonette. It seemed more like a hotel stay than a hospital visit.
