Led by Ens Drake Davis, the 4F team provided professional, personal care during my stay at NMCP. Ens Davis stood out above his peers as a floater from 4G during my admission. He went out of his way to lead by establishing rapport, spent time reading my history to ask educated questions and avoid making assumptions, spoke with my wife, asked about my family, and took a proactive approach to pain management, communication, and antibiotic regimen throughout his shift.

Furthermore, Ens Davis came by over the next two days to check on me, even though he got floated to two different divisions (including his last day to the ER department). His level of commitment to patient well-being is exemplary, and even as a relatively young nurse, he exudes leadership traits well above his pay grade.
