Since joining the King Hussein Cancer Center (KHCC) in 2019 as a registered nurse, Renad has exemplified the true essence of nursing—combining clinical expertise with genuine compassion. Today, as a valued member of the chemotherapy unit, her impact continues to shine brightly.

Chemotherapy administration can be overwhelming, but Renad has a remarkable ability to turn fear into trust. Her ability to explain each procedure with clarity and warmth reassures patients and families, making them feel safe and informed. Her gentle words and clear explanations eased patients’ anxiety and gave them the strength to face each treatment with confidence.

Over the past six years, Renad has consistently provided the highest quality of care and safety practices and has passionately advocated for her patients and ensured their voices are heard. Her colleagues describe her as cooperative, knowledgeable, a team player, and an outstanding role model who inspires everyone around her.

Renad’s dedication goes beyond her clinical duties; she embodies the heart of nursing.
