In July, I delivered my baby boy. All the staff were so compassionate and comforting, but Ellie from Bereavement really stood out to my partner and me. The care and warmth she radiated to us at such a difficult time was unforgettable. She will always be so special to us, making such a heartbreaking time slightly easier with the support and understanding she gave us.

In such a difficult time, losing our baby, we were so lucky to have a good experience regarding how people were so respectful and delivered such good care to us. Ellie was so gentle and even went the extra mile to address my baby in the cold cot each time she walked into the room. She has a gift for fulfilling her role and being so supportive and compassionate.
