During her short tenure as a nurse manager, Hannah Behr has demonstrated strength, tenacity, and a commitment to doing the right thing every time. Hannah dives in head first to issues and is not afraid to ask the hard questions. She stands up when her team needs it the most.

Her dedication to her team has only recently become apparent, showing that she looks out for what is best for our patients and each other. Our department has undergone significant changes in the past 6 months, but Hannah has never wavered. She takes each day as a learning opportunity. In her short time here, we have had more team members begin to study for their registry than any other team in the department. Her motivation is inspiring and infectious.
