Tosha had my mom for several days. Mom was very ill, sometimes very agitated, and quite challenging. Tosha is an 11 on a 1-10 kindness, calmness, and competency scale. Whether checking monitors, changing bedding due to incontinence, or just coaching my mom with an extraordinarily kind voice.

This is a well-deserved recognition because Tosha is the complete package of nursing skills you would hope for in caring for your loved one. It was the same level of kindness and capability every day, not just here and there. I must also add how bright this nurse is and how she took the time, when I asked questions, to share knowledge, explain conditions and medications, and be simply compassionate, all with grace and a smile. She exemplifies "Happy to Help!"
