My daughter was admitted with MRSA and sepsis and was suffering from severe opioid withdrawal. At times, my daughter was erratic and tried to leave the hospital on multiple occasions. Anna was prompt to call me and communicated every obstacle we faced right away. She was so patient and never judged my daughter for being here, even given her circumstances.

She treated her with dignity and respect. I can’t thank her enough for the patience, kindness, and empathy she showed while caring for my child.
