Barbara was amazing. I had lots of questions as I prepared for knee replacement surgery. Barbara was very patient as we spoke to all the doctors. She was absolutely calm, as there were many disruptions and it was a very busy day. She never lost focus or became anxious as we checked in. My husband had questions, and she answered all. My medical history is long and complicated. Barbara read it all and asked questions to ensure the doctor's team had all the correct information. She was wonderful!
