I want to take a moment to recognize and express my deep appreciation for Professor Monda. She is, without a doubt, one of the most impactful educators I’ve had throughout nursing school. Her passion for teaching and her genuine investment in her students' success are felt every single day. What makes Professor Monda truly stand out is her ability to challenge us to be our best without overwhelming us. She strikes that rare and perfect balance between holding high standards and providing unwavering support. She understands the pressures and demands of nursing school and never adds more than we can reasonably handle. Instead, she meets us where we are and helps us grow with compassion, encouragement, and a clear sense of direction. You can tell that she truly cares—not just about how we perform in class, but about who we are as future nurses and as people. She takes the time to ensure we understand the material, and she always creates a space where students feel seen, heard, and valued. Professor Monda is the kind of teacher who leaves a lasting impression, and I often find myself wishing I still had her this semester.
