She doesn’t just manage from a distance—she works alongside her team, sharing the workload and stepping in without hesitation, especially during staffing shortages. Her dedication to maintaining her clinical skills demonstrates her deep commitment to positive patient outcomes and team success. She encourages continued education, challenges us to improve, and celebrates our successes.
